Sincere thanks to everyone who joined or supported us on our annual Famine Walk on Saturday, May 21st in Co. Mayo. We were delighted to be back on the road again after a two-year break. We are particularly grateful to our walk leaders: Catherine Connolly TD; author and activist Robbie McVeigh; community worker and activist Homayoon Shirzad and singer/songwriter Patrick O’Laoghaire for their important contributions which made the event so special (as can be seen from the film below produced by RoJ). We hope to see you in the Doolough Valley on May 20th next year!
